Join us for a powerful 4-hour virtual conference rooted in the spirit and practice of Motivational Interviewing. This event brings together our audience to explore three essential elements of sustainable, empathic work: Compassion, Psychological Safety, and Hope.

Through four thought-provoking 60-minute sessions—each facilitated by members of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Inc (MINT)—we invite you to reflect on the challenges and possibilities of being helpers in a demanding world. Whether you are seeking connection, restoration, or new perspectives, this gathering offers a meaningful space to recharge and grow together.

This program will be held in webinar format – each presenter will save 10 minutes at the end of their presentation for Questions & Answers through the moderator.
