Creating Psychological Safety: A Practical Workshop for Behavior Change Professionals
This 2.5-hour interactive and experiential workshop explores how to recognise, build, and sustain psychological safety a vital foundation for meaningful change, collaboration and innovation. Drawing on evidence-based practices, cultural humility and decades of experience in behaviour change, coaching and therapeutic work, this session provides a space for honest reflection, skill-building and peer learning.
Participants will engage in a blend of storytelling, reflective activities, small group discussion and scenario-based practice to explore the conditions that foster safety, trust, and connection in professional environments whether in group work, 1-to-1 sessions or multi-agency teams.
This workshop is especially designed to be accessible, warm, and real grounded in practice, infused with compassion and relevant to everyday challenges in health, social care, community and coaching contexts.
