Cultural Humility in Practice

A Course for Individuals, Teams & Organisations Working Towards Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

“Cultural humility is not a checklist. It’s a lifelong commitment to self-evaluation, redressing power imbalances, and co-creating respectful partnerships.”

Why Cultural Humility?

In our communities and workplaces, we often strive to “get it right” when working with people from different backgrounds, lived experiences and identities. But true inclusion isn’t about learning the ‘right’ way to interact with others it’s about showing up with curiosity, courage and a willingness to examine our own assumptions.

Cultural humility invites us to slow down, listen differently and hold space for voices and experiences that have often been marginalised. It goes beyond cultural awareness or competence. It’s about relationship, reflection and reparation.
